Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Levels Flow (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to studio owners (“you”) and to anyone you invite into your workspace as a client or collaborator.
2. Plans, pricing, and fees
Levels Flow offers Free, Studio, Pro, and Enterprise plans. The live pricing for each tier — monthly price, storage allowance, and the per-invoice platform fee that applies to invoices paid through Levels Flow — is published on our pricing page and updated as the product evolves. You can cancel at any time from Settings. Material price changes are notified in advance.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used to upload unlawful content.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the audio, invoices, receipts, client records, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Levels Flow a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Your Content for the sole purpose of operating the Service on your behalf — including storing files in our infrastructure, generating shareable links you create, and rendering invoices and receipts to people you authorise. We do not use Your Content to train machine-learning models. We do not sell or share Your Content with advertisers.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to upload, distribute, or facilitate any content that infringes another party's rights, that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours, or that contains malware. You may not attempt to disrupt the Service, probe its security, or access data that is not yours. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.
6. Payments and refunds
Subscription charges are billed in advance for the cycle you select. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law. Per-invoice platform fees are deducted when an invoice is paid through Levels Flow; card-processing fees come out of the platform fee and are not added on top of your client's invoice total.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these terms or for activity that places the Service or its users at risk. If we terminate for cause we will, where reasonable, give you an opportunity to export Your Content first.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levels Flow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Levels Flow's total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) AUD $100.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Perth, Western Australia, and you and Levels Flow each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
