No. Every share link works without a signup — clients listen, leave timestamped comments, approve the final, and download. An account is only needed for the persistent client portal.
Yes — that's the point. Free gives you 5 GB, Studio 200 GB, Pro 1 TB, and Veteran 2 TB (Pro and Veteran add $5 per 100 GB beyond that); Enterprise is a custom allocation. Audio lives here; clients open the share link to listen and download. The Drive subscription is an outgoing you can stop paying.
Free is $0/month with unlimited clients, invoices, and quotes. The catch: every plan keeps a small percentage of each invoice paid through Levels Flow, and the higher the tier the lower the cut — 5% on Free, 2.5% on Studio, 1% on Pro, negotiated per-contract on Enterprise. Card-processing fees come out of our side, never added on top of your clients' invoices. A couple of invoices a month? Free wins. Billing past ~$480/mo? Studio's $12 + 2.5% pays for itself. Past ~$1,800/mo? Pro's $39 + 1%.
Yes. Tick "Gate a track behind this invoice" when you create it — the share page shows a paywall instead of audio until you mark the invoice paid. Stripe auto-pay is on the roadmap; today, mark-paid is one click after the transfer lands.
Save your accountant's email, share the generated token URL once, and they open /accountant-view in their browser — every invoice, quote, and receipt, read-only. No account, no extra subscription, revocable any time.
Existing share links keep working and past songs stay readable in the portal. Storage caps only apply to new uploads — if you're over the cap, you can still play and download what's there; new uploads pause until you free space or upgrade.
Drag the audio onto the dashboard; the client gets one share link by email. For older work, invite them to the portal once — every song you've ever uploaded for them shows up under their login. No re-sending, no expired links.
