The rough mix from March. The master from last week. The stems your engineer zipped at 2am. One library holds all of it, and on a paid plan it stays yours even if a studio deletes it.
Free forever for what your studios send you. No card.
Preview of a song page in Levels Flow: the song Midnight Drive with two masters, two mixes and a demo from two studios, a waveform player, and a timestamped comment from the engineer.

Vocal's a touch loud here. Can it come down half a dB?

On a paid plan, drop in your own demos, bounces and masters. Upload a file with the same song name and it becomes the next version, so a track's whole history sits together and plays in the browser on any device.
Demo through master, stacked on one song. Nothing gets overwritten, and nothing hides in a downloads folder.
Songs from each studio that works with you on Levels Flow land in the same account, next to your own uploads.
Give them a seat to listen and follow the feedback. They keep their own accounts.
Send files to Jay Rivers
No account needed · up to 20 GB per file
Sent. Jay approves them before they're added to the library.
Your studios
Studios on Levels Flow send new versions to your portal as they work, with comments and approvals in the same thread. For a studio that isn't on it, send a drop link from any paid plan.
They open the link, add their files and hit send, with no account, up to 20 GB per file. You approve what arrives before it's added.
Leave a note at 1:32 instead of typing out timecodes. Your engineer sees it on the same timeline.
When the master's right, say so where the master lives. No email chain to dig through later.

Yours to keep
Studios close. Drives fail. Old projects get cleared out. On a paid plan, every song a studio delivers becomes yours 72 hours after it arrives, and it moves into your library if the studio ever deletes it.
The song, the project or the whole studio account: your copy moves into your library with every version and comment.
A file sent to the wrong person can be pulled back before it becomes anyone's.
Your library stays. Go back to Free any time, and upgrade again to pick up where you left off.

FAQ
Yes. A free artist account holds everything your studios send you, every song and version, and you can listen, download, comment and approve for as long as you like. Uploading your own music, drop links and owning your delivered songs come with the paid plans.
On a paid plan, a song a studio delivers to you becomes yours 72 hours after it arrives. From then on it's stored on your account, and if the studio ever deletes it (the song, the project or their whole account) it moves into your library with every version and comment instead of disappearing. The 72 hours give the studio time to fix a mistake, like a file sent to the wrong person.
Yes. On a paid plan you create a drop link and send it to them. They upload without an account, up to 20 GB per file, so a full stems zip fits. What they send waits for you: approve it and it's added to your library in a project named after them, decline it and it's deleted. Nothing uses your storage until you approve it.
Artist holds 100 GB and up to 150 songs, Artist Pro 500 GB and 1,000 songs, and Artist Max 1 TB with unlimited songs. Songs your studios deliver count towards your storage once they're yours.
Masters, mixes, demos and stems. Levels Flow takes WAV, MP3, FLAC, AIF, AIFF, M4A and other audio formats, plus zip files for stems, and keeps the original file you or your studio uploaded for download.
No. A studio already on Levels Flow delivers to you as part of how it works. A studio that isn't can use your drop link: they open it and upload, with no account and nothing to pay.
Receiving music from your studios is free. Paid artist plans start at $5 a month (Artist), then $12 (Artist Pro) and $25 (Artist Max), with two months free when you pay yearly.
Yes. Paid plans include seats: 1 on Artist, 5 on Artist Pro, 10 on Artist Max. A seat can listen to everything and follow the feedback, and on Artist Max you can also let a seat upload.
Nothing is deleted. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free: your library stays, new uploads pause, and songs your studios delivered go back to being stored by the studio. Upgrade again any time and everything picks up where it left off.
