  • Hebben mijn klanten een account nodig?

    Nee. Elke deellink werkt zonder aanmelding — klanten luisteren, plaatsen getimestampte opmerkingen, keuren de finale goed en downloaden. Een account is alleen nodig voor het permanente klantportaal.

  • Kan ik mijn Dropbox- of Drive-abonnement opzeggen?

    Ja — dat is het idee. Free geeft je 5 GB, Studio 1 TB, Pro 2 TB ($5 per 100 GB daarboven), Enterprise een aangepaste hoeveelheid. Audio woont hier; klanten openen de deellink om te luisteren en downloaden. Het Drive-abonnement is een uitgave die je kunt stopzetten.

  • Waarom is Free echt gratis?

    Free is $0/maand met onbeperkt klanten, facturen en offertes. De vangst: elk plan houdt een klein percentage in op elke factuur die via Levels Flow betaald wordt, en hoe hoger het tier hoe lager de inhouding — 5% op Free, 2.5% op Studio, 1% op Pro, per contract onderhandeld op Enterprise. Kaartverwerkingskosten gaan voor onze rekening, komen nooit boven op de facturen van je klanten. Een paar facturen per maand? Free wint. Factureer je meer dan ~$360/maand? Studio met $9 + 2.5% verdient zichzelf terug. Meer dan ~$1,330/maand? Pro met $29 + 1%.

  • Kan ik de audio vergrendelen tot de klant betaalt?

    Ja. Vink "Vergrendel track achter deze factuur" aan bij het aanmaken — de deelpagina toont een paywall in plaats van audio tot je de factuur als betaald markeert. Stripe auto-pay staat op de roadmap; vandaag is als-betaald-markeren één klik nadat de overschrijving binnen is.

  • Hoe ziet mijn accountant de boeken?

    Sla het e-mailadres van je accountant op, deel de gegenereerde token-URL één keer, en hij opent /accountant-view in zijn browser — elke factuur, offerte en bon, alleen-lezen. Geen account, geen extra abonnement, op elk moment intrekbaar.

  • Wat gebeurt er met de bestanden van mijn klanten als ik downgrade?

    Bestaande deellinks blijven werken en oude nummers blijven leesbaar in het portaal. Opslagcaps gelden alleen voor nieuwe uploads — als je over de cap bent, kun je nog steeds afspelen en downloaden wat er staat; nieuwe uploads pauzeren tot je ruimte vrijmaakt of upgradet.

  • Hoe verhuis ik klanten van Dropbox naar Levels Flow?

    Sleep de audio naar het dashboard; de klant krijgt een deellink per e-mail. Voor oudere klussen nodig je hem eenmaal uit voor het portaal — elk nummer dat je ooit voor hem hebt geüpload verschijnt onder zijn login. Geen heruitzending, geen verlopen links.

  • Kan ik bestanden uit mijn Gmail trekken?

    Ja — elk Pro-plan krijgt een doorstuur-alias zoals ab12cd34ef56@in.levelsflow.com. Auto-stuur je muziekinbox door vanaf Gmail of Outlook (of zet de alias in BCC op klantmail), en een AI-filter behoudt audio, stem-ZIPs en mixnotities — en gooit de rest weg. Bewaarde bijlagen landen op het Email-tabblad, auto-gekoppeld aan het bijbehorende nummer waar mogelijk. Directe Gmail/Outlook-OAuth staat op de roadmap.

  • Waar wordt mijn audio opgeslagen?

    Supabase Storage met row-level security — alleen jouw studio kan jouw audio lezen. Deellinks gebruiken ondertekende URLs die je op elk moment kunt intrekken; de token-URL van de accountant is apart en ook intrekbaar.

  • Welke audioformaten ondersteunen jullie?

    WAV, AIFF, FLAC, MP3, M4A en OGG voor mixes; ZIP voor stems-pakketten. Loudness-analyse draait op elke geüploade mix.

  • Leggen jullie release-metadata zoals ISRC vast?

    Ja — per-nummer-velden leggen ISRC, ISWC, BPM, toonsoort, genre, mood-tags, opname- en releasedata, en sync-flags vast. Allemaal optioneel; de meeste studio's vullen alleen in wat hun distributeur of sync-agent vraagt.
