    Nein. Jeder Share-Link funktioniert ohne Anmeldung — Kunden hören, hinterlassen zeitstempelbasierte Kommentare, geben die finale Version frei und laden herunter. Ein Account wird nur für das dauerhafte Kundenportal gebraucht.

  • Kann ich meinen Dropbox- oder Drive-Plan kündigen?

    Ja — genau das ist der Punkt. Free gibt dir 5 GB, Studio 1 TB, Pro 2 TB ($5 pro 100 GB darüber), Enterprise eine maßgeschneiderte Zuteilung. Audio lebt hier; Kunden öffnen den Share-Link zum Hören und Herunterladen. Das Drive-Abo ist eine Ausgabe, die du dir sparen kannst.

  • Warum ist Free wirklich kostenlos?

    Free kostet $0/Monat mit unbegrenzten Kunden, Rechnungen und Angeboten. Der Haken: Jeder Plan behält einen kleinen Prozentsatz jeder über Levels Flow bezahlten Rechnung, je höher der Tarif desto niedriger der Anteil — 5% auf Free, 2.5% auf Studio, 1% auf Pro, vertraglich verhandelt auf Enterprise. Kartengebühren gehen zu unseren Lasten, kommen nie auf die Rechnungen deiner Kunden drauf. Ein paar Rechnungen im Monat? Free gewinnt. Über ~$360/Monat? Studio für $9 + 2.5% rechnet sich. Über ~$1,330/Monat? Pro für $29 + 1%.

  • Kann ich Audio sperren, bis der Kunde zahlt?

    Ja. Häkchen bei "Track hinter dieser Rechnung sperren" beim Anlegen — die Share-Seite zeigt eine Paywall statt Audio, bis du die Rechnung als bezahlt markierst. Stripe-Auto-Pay ist auf der Roadmap; heute ist als bezahlt markieren ein Klick nach Geldeingang.

  • Wie sieht mein Steuerberater die Bücher?

    Speichere die E-Mail deines Steuerberaters, teile die generierte Token-URL einmal, und er öffnet /accountant-view im Browser — jede Rechnung, jedes Angebot, jeder Beleg, schreibgeschützt. Kein Account, kein Extra-Abo, jederzeit widerrufbar.

  • Was passiert mit den Dateien meiner Kunden bei einem Downgrade?

    Bestehende Share-Links funktionieren weiter und alte Songs bleiben im Portal lesbar. Speicherlimits gelten nur für neue Uploads — wenn du übers Limit bist, kannst du Bestehendes weiter abspielen und herunterladen; neue Uploads pausieren bis du Platz freimachst oder upgradest.

  • Wie ziehe ich Kunden von Dropbox auf Levels Flow um?

    Audio aufs Dashboard ziehen; der Kunde bekommt einen Share-Link per E-Mail. Für ältere Arbeiten einmal ins Portal einladen — jeder Song, den du je für ihn hochgeladen hast, taucht unter seinem Login auf. Kein erneutes Senden, keine abgelaufenen Links.

  • Kann ich Dateien aus meinem Gmail rausziehen?

    Ja — jeder Pro-Plan bekommt einen Weiterleitungs-Alias wie ab12cd34ef56@in.levelsflow.com. Leite dein Musik-Postfach von Gmail oder Outlook auto-weiter (oder setze den Alias auf BCC bei Kundenmails), und ein AI-Filter behält Audio, Stem-ZIPs und Mix-Notizen — und verwirft den Rest. Behaltene Anhänge landen im E-Mail-Tab, auto-verlinkt zum passenden Song wo möglich. Direkter Gmail/Outlook-OAuth ist auf der Roadmap.

  • Wo wird mein Audio gespeichert?

    Supabase Storage mit Row-Level Security — nur dein Studio kann dein Audio lesen. Share-Links nutzen signierte URLs, jederzeit widerrufbar; die Token-URL für den Steuerberater ist separat und ebenfalls widerrufbar.

  • Welche Audio-Formate werden unterstützt?

    WAV, AIFF, FLAC, MP3, M4A und OGG für Mixe; ZIP für Stem-Pakete. Loudness-Analyse läuft auf jedem hochgeladenen Mix.

  • Erfasst ihr Release-Metadaten wie ISRC?

    Ja — Felder pro Song erfassen ISRC, ISWC, BPM, Tonart, Genre, Mood-Tags, Aufnahme- und Veröffentlichungsdaten und Sync-Flags. Alles optional; die meisten Studios füllen nur aus, was Distributor oder Sync-Agentur verlangt.
