客戶刷卡付款時，你們會加收費用嗎？
不會。客戶付的就是你報的發票總額，一毛不加。Stripe 的處理費從你的撥款裡扣，不會算在客戶帳上。
可以隨時換方案嗎？
可以。升級立即生效。降級會等到目前計費週期結束才生效，你付過的都用得到。
年繳比較便宜嗎？

儲存空間超過了會怎樣？

    有。Free 方案讓你不用綁卡就能建立錄音室、分享歌曲、收集回饋。需要更高額度時可以升級到 Studio、Pro 或 Veteran，較大的團隊則有 Enterprise。

  • 收款會有任何費用嗎？

    除了方案費用之外，Levels Flow 會對發票收取一小筆平台費。實際費率依方案而定——訂閱等級越低，每張發票的費用越高，反之亦然。各方案的費率請見上方的方案詳情。

  • 之後可以變更或取消方案嗎？

    可以。你隨時能在設定裡升級或降級，變更立即生效。沒有綁約。

  • 我怎麼向客戶收款？

    款項透過 Stripe 處理。你只要連結一次 Stripe 帳號，從 Levels Flow 寄出品牌化發票或報價，款項就會依 Stripe 的正常週期撥到你的銀行帳戶。
