客户刷卡付款时，你们会向他们加收费用吗？
不会。客户只付你报出的发票总额，不加一分钱。Stripe 的手续费从你的到账款里扣，不会出现在客户的账单上。
可以随时切换方案吗？
可以。升级立即生效。降级会等到当前计费周期结束，你付过钱的部分照常使用。
按年付费更便宜吗？
是的 — 年付方案只付十个月的钱，用十二个月。免两个月，一次性预付。
存储超出了会怎样？
Pro 和 Veteran 超出包含额度后，会按每 100 GB $5 自动计费，不会把你卡住。Studio 是硬上限 — 上传失败之前你会看到升级提示。

  • 有免费方案吗？

    有。Free 方案让你无需绑卡就能建立录音室、分享歌曲、收集反馈。需要更高额度时可以升级到 Studio、Pro 或 Veteran，更大的团队可以选 Enterprise。

  • 收款有手续费吗？

    除方案订阅费外，Levels Flow 会对发票收取一小笔平台费。具体费率取决于你的方案 — 订阅档位越低，每张发票的费用越高，反之亦然。各档费率见上方的方案详情。

  • 之后可以更改或取消方案吗？

    可以。你随时可以在设置里升级或降级，更改立即生效。没有锁定期。

  • 客户怎么付款给我？

    付款通过 Stripe 处理。你只需连接一次 Stripe 账号，从 Levels Flow 发出品牌化发票或报价，款项按 Stripe 的正常周期打到你的银行账户。

  • 开始使用需要信用卡吗？

    不需要。Free 方案无需绑卡。只有在你决定升级到付费方案时才需要填写付款信息。
