  • Meus clientes precisam de conta?

  • Posso cancelar meu plano do Dropbox ou Drive?

    Sim — essa é a ideia. Free dá 5 GB, Studio 1 TB, Pro 2 TB ($5 por 100 GB depois disso), Enterprise uma cota personalizada. O áudio mora aqui; os clientes abrem o link de compartilhamento para escutar e baixar. A assinatura do Drive é uma saída que você pode parar de pagar.

  • Por que o Free é realmente grátis?

    Free custa $0/mês com clientes, faturas e orçamentos ilimitados. A pegadinha: cada plano retém uma pequena porcentagem de cada fatura paga via Levels Flow, e quanto mais alto o plano, menor o corte — 5% no Free, 2.5% no Studio, 1% no Pro, negociado por contrato no Enterprise. As taxas de processamento de cartão saem do nosso lado, nunca somam em cima das faturas dos seus clientes. Algumas faturas por mês? Free vence. Faturando acima de ~$360/mês? Studio a $9 + 2.5% se paga sozinho. Acima de ~$1,330/mês? Pro a $29 + 1%.

  • Posso travar o áudio até o cliente pagar?

    Sim. Marque "Travar faixa atrás desta fatura" ao criá-la — a página de compartilhamento mostra um paywall em vez do áudio até você marcar a fatura como paga. O pagamento automático via Stripe está no roadmap; hoje, marcar como pago é um clique depois da transferência cair.

  • Como meu contador vê os livros?

    Salve o e-mail do seu contador, compartilhe uma vez a URL com token gerada, e ele abre /accountant-view no navegador — cada fatura, orçamento e recibo, somente leitura. Sem conta, sem assinatura extra, revogável a qualquer momento.

  • O que acontece com os arquivos dos meus clientes se eu fizer downgrade?

    Os links de compartilhamento existentes continuam funcionando e as músicas antigas continuam acessíveis no portal. Os limites de armazenamento só valem para uploads novos — se você passou do limite, ainda pode tocar e baixar o que está lá; os uploads novos pausam até você liberar espaço ou fazer upgrade.

  • Como mudo meus clientes do Dropbox para o Levels Flow?

    Arraste o áudio para o dashboard; o cliente recebe um link de compartilhamento por e-mail. Para trabalhos antigos, convide-o ao portal uma vez — toda música que você já subiu para ele aparece sob o login dele. Sem reenvios, sem links expirados.

  • Posso puxar arquivos do meu Gmail?

    Sim — todo plano Pro ganha um alias de encaminhamento tipo ab12cd34ef56@in.levelsflow.com. Auto-encaminhe sua caixa de música do Gmail ou Outlook (ou ponha o alias em BCC nos e-mails de cliente), e um filtro AI guarda áudio, ZIPs de stems e notas de mix — e descarta o resto. Os anexos guardados caem na aba Email, auto-vinculados à música correspondente quando dá. OAuth direto com Gmail/Outlook está no roadmap.

  • Onde meu áudio fica armazenado?

    Supabase Storage com segurança a nível de linha — só seu estúdio consegue ler seu áudio. Os links de compartilhamento usam URLs assinadas que você pode revogar a qualquer momento; a URL com token do contador é separada e também revogável.

  • Quais formatos de áudio vocês suportam?

    WAV, AIFF, FLAC, MP3, M4A e OGG para mixes; ZIP para pacotes de stems. A análise de loudness roda em cada mix subido.

  • Vocês capturam metadados de lançamento tipo ISRC?

    Sim — os campos por música capturam ISRC, ISWC, BPM, tom, gênero, tags de mood, datas de gravação e lançamento, e flags de sync. Todos opcionais; a maioria dos estúdios preenche só o que a distribuidora ou agência de sync pede.
