  • I miei clienti hanno bisogno di un account?

    No. Ogni link di condivisione funziona senza registrazione — i clienti ascoltano, lasciano commenti con timestamp, approvano la versione finale e scaricano. L'account serve solo per il portale clienti permanente.

  • Posso cancellare il mio piano Dropbox o Drive?

    Sì — è proprio quello il punto. Free ti dà 5 GB, Studio 1 TB, Pro 2 TB ($5 ogni 100 GB oltre), Enterprise un'allocazione su misura. L'audio vive qui; i clienti aprono il link di condivisione per ascoltare e scaricare. L'abbonamento Drive è un'uscita che puoi smettere di pagare.

  • Perché Free è davvero gratis?

    Free costa $0/mese con clienti, fatture e preventivi illimitati. Il trucco: ogni piano trattiene una piccola percentuale di ogni fattura pagata tramite Levels Flow, e più alto è il piano più bassa è la quota — 5% su Free, 2.5% su Studio, 1% su Pro, negoziato per contratto su Enterprise. Le commissioni di processamento carta escono dalla nostra parte, mai aggiunte sopra le fatture dei tuoi clienti. Un paio di fatture al mese? Vince Free. Fatturi più di ~$360/mese?   • Posso bloccare l'audio finché il cliente non paga?

    Sì. Spunta "Blocca traccia dietro questa fattura" quando la crei — la pagina di condivisione mostra un paywall invece dell'audio finché non marchi la fattura come pagata. L'addebito automatico Stripe è in roadmap; oggi marcare come pagato è un click dopo che arriva il bonifico.

  • Come vede i conti il mio commercialista?

    Salva l'email del tuo commercialista, condividi una volta l'URL con token generata, e lui apre /accountant-view nel browser — ogni fattura, preventivo e ricevuta, in sola lettura. Nessun account, nessun abbonamento extra, revocabile in qualsiasi momento.

  • Cosa succede ai file dei miei clienti se faccio downgrade?

    I link di condivisione esistenti continuano a funzionare e i brani vecchi restano leggibili nel portale. I limiti di storage si applicano solo ai nuovi upload — se sei oltre il limite, puoi ancora riprodurre e scaricare ciò che c'è; i nuovi upload restano in pausa finché non liberi spazio o fai upgrade.

  • Come sposto i clienti da Dropbox a Levels Flow?

    Trascina l'audio sulla dashboard; il cliente riceve un link di condivisione via email. Per lavori più vecchi, invitalo al portale una volta — ogni brano che hai mai caricato per lui appare sotto il suo login. Senza rinvii, senza link scaduti.

  • Posso tirar fuori i file dal mio Gmail?

    Sì — ogni piano Pro riceve un alias di inoltro tipo ab12cd34ef56@in.levelsflow.com. Auto-inoltra la tua casella musica da Gmail o Outlook (o metti l'alias in BCC sulle email del cliente), e un filtro AI tiene audio, ZIP di stems e note di mix — e scarta il resto. Gli allegati tenuti atterrano nella scheda Email, auto-collegati al brano corrispondente quando possiamo. OAuth diretto Gmail/Outlook è in roadmap.

  • Dove viene archiviato il mio audio?

    Supabase Storage con sicurezza a livello di riga — solo il tuo studio può leggere il tuo audio. I link di condivisione usano URL firmate che puoi revocare in qualsiasi momento; l'URL con token del commercialista è separata e revocabile anch'essa.

  • Quali formati audio supportate?

    WAV, AIFF, FLAC, MP3, M4A e OGG per i mix; ZIP per i pacchetti di stems. L'analisi di loudness gira su ogni mix caricato.

  • Catturate i metadati di release tipo l'ISRC?

    Sì — i campi per brano catturano ISRC, ISWC, BPM, tonalità, genere, mood tag, date di registrazione e uscita, e flag sync. Tutto opzionale; la maggior parte degli studi compila solo ciò che chiede il distributore o l'agenzia sync.
